Lessons from the Roommates

EPISODE 053: Monday, January 27th, 2020

I wanted to talk business development I knew I wanted to interview Ashley. She’s a well-accomplished serial entrepreneur with a lot of experience and knowledge under her belt. In this episode, we talk through the most important things to include on your business plan, how to market your app, and marketing mistakes to avoid in business.

LESSONS FROM HAFEEZ

The biggest lesson I learned from Hafeez was his point about remembering exactly how unique we are as individuals and the strike reality that not every person we meet is going to fit YOU. It’s such a simple concept but so many of us automatically get down and depressed when a relationship doesn’t work out. Instead, we should realize just how unique we are as individuals and expect that only the most unique person can fit into our life purpose and lifestyle.

His thoughts on how to make a podcast profitable was also very enlightening. It confirmed for me that building a personal brand is the best route to go when creating content. I admire what him and his friend Chris are doing and know that things will continue to soar for them.
