Erin V. Lashley was born in Chicago, IL. She has one older sister and two younger brothers (although she’s often mistaken for the youngest!)
Erin takes her business skills very seriously. After being home-educated, she has worked hard to build her professional and educational profile that makes her a strong and committed business partner. Her varied experience includes the following:
Following in her minister grandmother’s footsteps, Erin feels strongly about her role as a Christian. She interned at her local church for five years, starting at the young age of 13. By 18, she was working at the church full-time while studying at night to finish her high school year.
Salutatorian in 2004 and valedictorian in 2005 of the School of Excellence Internship for Young Leaders.
Created a movie (Saved By A Stranger) in 2009 with a $300 budget over the course of 9 months, demonstrating her commitment to a project within a specific budget and time frame.
Worked as service coordinator for the past 5 years at Family Harvest Church under lead pastors, Robb and Linda Thompson. This makes her responsible for planning and running each of the main services, requiring a high level of planning and time management.
Filmed and edited promotional videos the women’s ministry at Family Harvest Church.
Currently a team member of Robb Thompson's Progressive Life Coaching company. Responsible for website, video creation, graphic design, Infusionsoft software integration, Facebook campaigns, sales reports, etc.
Currently co-leads a Twenty30s ministry small group called Noble Women — designed to provide a place of friendship an growth in the lives of those wanting to be involved. The group meets on a weekly basis for food, fellowship, and open discussion on issues women face.
Currently runs a leadership mentorship program called the 5 Star Project designed to equip and prepare 5 young leaders by equipping them with the right information, training, and tools necessary to fulfill their God-given assignment.
Currently running a growing freelance business called Creating Value (CV) where she manages a team of people that edit videos, provide graphic design, and manage administrative projects and events for businesses and non-profit organizations.
